Update 03/2022: we didn’t have the tent more than a month and two poles broke. Shortly after writing my review the seller reached out. They said they are working on the issues. They offered a couple of options to compensate for the broken poles. Customer service was on top of helping out. I bought the rectangle tent. The very little instructions it gives you are no help. You have to assemble it inside the tent you can't just side the cover over. When putting the bars together there is way too much tension that it bends some of the bars almost to breaking point. Once all together, some areas of the tent cover are extremely tight others loose. The corners are the tightest. I don’t see this lasting very long before seams start to tear. I could have bought a way cheaper one for this quality.Very cute but unfortunately the poles brake easily and the net is ripped. Not good for children under 5We bought this a few months ago for our toddler, she loves it! We need to replace a castle tent that had broke and I settled on this one because its big enough to fit me or my husband in it with our 3 yr old.It gives our 3 yr old a quite place to rest and have time to calm down (toddler issues! If you know, you know!)It takes up some considerable space, but thats the price we paid to be able to fit in with her.The tent material is thick, but there is sufficient ventilation provided by the windows and door.The stitching on the door could better due to the fact kids aren't usually gentle with here things.And the poles can become damaged if the too rough.The reason I gave the tent 5 stars was due to the great customer service. One of the poles got significantly damaged and the tent wouldn't stand up properly anymore, so I contacted the seller about purchasing a new pole. They were quick to respond and sent a new set of poles.I had it set up and it was nice.. but then my daughter kind of clothes lined herself going into it & then for some reason the poles shifted & wouldn't hold the tent up anymore. I tried anything I could think of to keep it open but it didn't help.This turned out to be a disappointment. I’ll be surprised if it holds up for longer than a month. The tent is not white like the pictures, it’s a gray and pink and at the entrance the decorative ruffles not placed evenly. You have to assemble the poles inside the tent, it’s a total pain but having another kids tent like this I expected the trouble. The tent poles are too long for the fabric. However due to the fabric being waaay too snug for this you have to bow the poles and use significant force and coordination to get them plugged into the corner elbows all while being smothered by the tent fabric falling onto your head. All together you can see that the tension on the pieces are significant and the seams are stretching. It took me about an hour to finagle this thing, the kids definitely can’t build this solo, and given the effort it’s more of a permanent structure. The instructions are extremely clear and easy to follow, which is the only thing that deserves 5 stars. It has plenty of space for an older kiddo that wants her chill. My daughter loves this thing thankfully and doesn’t mind it’s imperfections, but given the price I was hoping I’d get better quality.The product is good but I didn’t get the lights it should come with it.My 5 year old daughter is really pleased with this tent. They included a little tiara and princess wand with it which was a nice touch. The lights work well, they require 3 AA batteries but are stars on rope strands like shown. The tent poles assemble on the outside of the tent, and two seperate pieces just slide through fabric. I built it by myself and it would have been helpful to have someone hold it up while adjusting the poles, but it wasn't impossible. The felt flowers hanging in the front are cute. The windows have a mesh material on them, so it keeps the tent from getting too stuffy. It's definitely worth the cost. Any child that loves tents and the color pink would love this tent.So easy to put together and nice and roomy, my toddler's crib mattress fits perfectly in here just to give you an idea of the size. As an adult, I can squeeze my way in there too. So cute and exactly what I expected.
